Return and Refund Policy

Here at Cook's Life We want everyone to be happy with their purchase.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you receive, as long as it is within 30 calendar days of your purchase date, we will gladly process a return for you.  

Return conditions are as follows:

• Item was purchased within 30 calendar days
• Product must be in the same condition you received it in.
• Let us know the reason you are returning the product (e.g. damaged or wrong product)
• Once item is received, our team of professionals will inspect it, and then process your refund back to the original form of payment method.  Note: Credit card payments can take up to 5-10 business to show up on your credit card statement.
